By using this Service, you agree to these Terms. Use the Service lawfully and do not misuse or disrupt operations.

Accounts: provide accurate information, protect your login, and do not share credentials.

Inventory & Data: you are responsible for the accuracy of your data including inventory images, customer, vendor, and transaction records. We provide tools for receipts, invoices, reports, and related documentation, but accuracy relies on your input.

Payments: all payment details are handled securely. Refunds, cancellations, or disputes are subject to applicable policies.

Content & IP: the software, brand, and documentation belong to FANTIS. Do not copy or redistribute without consent.

Liability: the Service is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or issues caused by third parties.

Termination: accounts may be suspended/terminated for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law: Kenya.
